I know this mission gives the Permafrost Sub-Network, but what does the network do, and is it worth getting?

size one, research one, cloak 50, pop. 50. Doubles if on an ice world.

I wonder if these "double on this type of planet" are still doubled if that planet's type changes...

I dont know but its got a 2.6 power to experience ratio. Thats better than most missions out there. So that is almost a reward in itself.

What does "limited Holidays" mean on the item? Does it have to do with the time you have to get it, or install it, or are able to use it.

I believe it means that this mission (and thus the building) is only accessible this christmas season and will not come back next year.

Also I think it means that once this Christmas is over you will not be able to do it again. So there for unlike the other missions that are like this that come up again later for you to re do. You will not be able to re do this one ever. So its everything now or never.

I'm glad you pointed that out. I thought it was just the next arc and I was planning to skip it for a while in lieu of things that are more important to me. However, if it is never coming back, I max have to change my opinion on that.

I am currently, using all my energy to do this mission, being a lvl 70 with positron relay I think i will be able to complete it in time.

I think that was about the time i was able to start completing the 2 week timed missions. You have 3 weeks for this one, but 15 times will probably be pushing it right to the end. I don't know about anybody else, but I've been getting alot of trimatrices on the daily draw. Couple of those would go a long way in helping to complete this for the "lower" levels.

Same here i've been getting alot of thoose except i used it to kill this rare ncp and kill some people, atleast I leveled up today
