Do sent items become unsharable?

I know they didn't use to but I can't find out for another 24h when I actually have a share available.

items that i have recieved have become unshareable, BUT if you stack them with similar artifacts that you already have they all become shareable. like, if i recieve 5 alarm sentries, and i had one and stack them, then i can share 6 alarm sentries.
