Have Planet Fluxes been removed from the draw pool as well? (Just wondering). |

No they have not been removed from the artifacts, but they're extremely rare to get that way. There are NPCs, however, that do drop them. Just got my first one last night. Also just passed 1k NPC kills last night too. |
