 NPC Suffixes - what does it mean ?

Post NPC Suffixes - what does it mean ?
Example:
Dark Warper XXX
Dark Warper IX

Does the numeral suffix mean anything when 2 NPC are the same type and stats, or is it just random ? Any pattern here ?

TMK its that same type of NPC it's just a different NPC of that type. So you and the other 10K people playing all dont target the same exact NPC.
