Artifacts needed for which missions?

Hey all,
I was wondering which missions need what artifacts from artifact points collection. I know there's missions that need Time Manipulators, Engineered Viruses, Terraforming devices, and Quasi Expanders.
I want to know if there's more missions like these, and if yes, what artifacts do I need to stock up on, and how many. I don't want to scrap artifacts that I'll need to complete missions with.

Omicron Mine Trap: Min of 5 but it is an infinite mission
Exotic Matter: LOTS!
XTS-9: 400
I know Cloning Pod are another but I don't have that mission open.
