I was wondering if there is a list of artifacts that can be sent to others, in the wiki there is no elaboration on then other than cost and what they do.

For example, I would like to trade some of my artifacts for some alien data discs or something else. Where would I find this info to know what is actually a possible trade and which are impossible?
