 am i right in think all this does is let you change your shipe type while staying at the same level?

it lets you change race and proffesion without starting over. If you were a konqul raider you could become a vygoid builder and stay same level.

so im just doing one of thos special missions with a time limit where i need to get the debris and all they give me are these i've done it two out of three times and got two of these thing i think i'll stop now as i don't see much point in having three.
