The problem is that people come to the forum looking for help and instead get insulted. Whats wrong with politely pointing someone in the right direction ? It costs you nothing and Its rewarding to be thanked for help. This forum is supposed to be neutral territory where even hated enemies should still conduct themselves with a modicum of decorum.

i have happily provided explanations for this 'issue' to legion members who are not forum regulars. however, CP is a REGULAR forum user - as such i expect him to use a wee bit of common sense (canucks are generally known for having some) and do a bit of scrolling up in an appropriate topic or wiki page before posting something clueless. it took me 2 minutes to find the posts that i quoted.

However, question:

Why is my philtery producing only 1%?

My understanding is that if the effect stacks, 1% for each philtery in the galaxy, then there would be a number of people, lets say at least 5, with a philtery (i know it has to be a lot more than this) then that should give a 5% boost.


I also realise however that my understanding is more than likely incorrect.

If anyone can enlighten me on this that would be appreciated.

To see that they are there, hover over the Artifact Production line on the Prismatic, it will show them all, although, there are too many to determine how many. Scroll up a couple messages here to see how to calculate it yourself.

Based on my spreadsheet, there are 68 active at the moment.

I see 2 here - but still only 1% on my effects tab. Not quite sure I follow - if the effect stacks, surely , if as you say you see 68 active, that would give you an extra 68% bonus?

In this case, it isn't you, maybe wait 24 hours and see how things go. Maybe you got yours when others hadn't clicked and without them clicking, yours hasn't updated. Below is mine currently.

x650 is now connected but not to shock anybody, the ability took my energy but didn't give me the boost. And yes, I read all the posts and checked everything. It's not working.

Same here used the ability twice now and nothing happened didnt even get a 1% boost. Not really the time or the will to read this thread.

Pretty sure based on the numerous comments to that effect in this thread that that is as designed...check for the boost before it expires and see if you have it then, as the boost is based on other people using the ability, not on you using it...at least, that's my understanding based on the description provided in the screenshots.
