General InformationDuring select galactic cycles, members of the notorious Hallows Bane come out of hiding, terrorizing unsuspecting victims. Ships are asked to find them, and put an end to their activities. During the Hallows Bane Event, the following temporary effects apply to the entire Galaxy: -Invasions and colonizations will cost 20% less in credits. -Successful invasions will sometimes trigger the 'Bane Coercion' event on the planet. -Players of Rank 200+ will sometimes find 'Psyshade Inducer' artifacts during planetary scans. --------------------------------------------------MedalsA Bag of Tricks Trigger a 'Hallows Bane' trap from the following enemy professions: Reward Builder, Excavator, Explorer, Fixer, Governor, Hacker, Merchant, Miner, Physicist, Raider, Saboteur, Spy Medal Points: 15 + Passive Ability Unlocked: Bane Trickery: When setting a Hallows Bane Trick, you will also receive a 10% boost to defense for 1 hour. -----------Enveloping Villainy Collect and use the following artifacts from the Hallows Bane Reward Bane Ritual Mask, Psyshade Inducer, Bane HyperShroud III Upgrade Medal Points: 15 + Passive Ability Unlocked: Silent Takeover: When receiving a green badge during invasion, you will earn an additional green badge if the planet's controller was inactive. --------------------------------------------------2015 Information2016 Information

Can be upgraded. Limit 1. Mark II: Size:1, Mining:1, Artifact:2, Research:2, +1000 invasion defense Cost to Mark II: Planet must be calm for 1 week + 4 Green Badges Mark III: Size:1, Mining:3, Artifact:2, Research:3, +1000 invasion defense Cost to Mark III: Planet must be calm for 2 week + 4 Green Badges Mark IV: Size:1, Mining:3, Artifact:3, Research:3, +3000 invasion defense Cost to Mark IV: Planet must be calm for 1 month + 10 Green Badges Scrap Value: 1-2 CTP --------------------------------------------------USTBane Horror Releases extreme terror against the planets that your ship invades. ie to a phybeacon V or arsenal IV It will not just tested. Got this message on one that has both fully upgraded: This planet does not have a Bane Psybeacon or Bane Psyshade Arsenal to upgrade.

With the Bane Emission Corruptors from last year only upgrading the Horrorcharged Bane emittiters 30%, I was entirely expecting them to just be upgradable to 60% this year, and no new bane emitter modules.
Anyone want to try using last year's Bane Emission Corruptor on a Dreadcharged Bane emitter?
