I've scored myself an anti-resistance base artifact, but unlike some of the other artifacts which I've "bought" rather than earned, I don't know what it is and what it does.
Obviously I want to use it strategically, rather than waste it, so can someone please tell
me what it is for. Attack I presume, but is it defense too? How much size, etc?

It's not an artifact, it's a buildable structure. Stats are; Size:3, Defense:+200, Cloak:+150
It costs 200,000 credits and 5 Political Favor
