You dont, you buy

A full price list can be found on your game screen next to the galaxy point number with "Redeem Points" then "Get more points"

actually you can get them from daily rewards

you can receive 5GP on daily reward but it's really rare.
you can buy them.
you can have some with special offer, but I don'T recommand it, never work for me.
