is this mission worth completing? i don't know if overall the huge credit reward is worth the energy

No. You should be focusing more on energy/xp, not energy/credits. You'll make enough credits off of minerals taht there's no need for the reward.

The first mission in the chain is worth doing because it's really energy-efficient - 2.71 ratio. Good for when you need a boost of efficiency to make the next level.
