Actually, for EVERY single missions that are locked, u can simply mouse over that mission greyed out button, and the nx immediate requirement will float.
Once u fulfilled tat condition, you MAY have other conditions to fulfill, of which the nx condition will 'float'.
Probably, u might want to generally consider finishing lower tiers / mid tiers missions before attempting higher up ones, unless u have a very good particular stat (field) eg attack, then probably missions like bounty hunter will unlock very much faster for u; in place of those who have extremely high cloak skills, which in turn unlock hacking Prime faster.
