Scanning question

 I'm curious if there is a best results order for adding the scanning artifacts/abilities to get the highest scan number? Some are percent and some are a set number.

set number in any order first .. then % in any order.

Some people swear that after using the fixed value arties, by using the scanning arties in ascending order, lowest percentage to highest, that they get more scan. I'm not a numbers person and have no opinion

You can empirically test that fairly easily.
