During the Chuhn's visit, the following temporary effects apply to the entire Galaxy: Scrapping artifacts for Complex Tech Parts will yield additional parts. Anyone aware of what % this buff is?

From last year: Quote: Void Barriers Scrap: 13.43 = Low 20.08 = Average (19,202 scrapped). Last years average was 19.51. 25.78 = High (got this twice making wonder if that's the max possible scrap at the moment)
If that is the max possible scrap, this is 184% of max normal value. -Caustic Membrane Effect : Scrapping +11% -Chuhn Salvage Arm V3 Effect : Scrapping +17% -Chuhn Salvage Arm V3 Effect : Scrapping +17%
By Dan math, this is 1.52%; this would mean the event is giving a 21% boost in scrapping (or did I miss something).

It's 25%. Quote from the wiki example:
Scrap example: In 2015 Chuhn Season, Continuum Parser was scrapped for 91 CTP. Parser scrap range is 30-60 ctp. Calculated as follows: 60 CTP X 25% (1.25 which is overall Chuhn bonus) = 75 75 CTP X 10% (1.1 for salvage arm #1) = 82.5 (Can round up or leave as is) 82.5 OR 83 X 10% (1.1 for salvage arm #2) = 90.75 CTP when 82.5 is NOT rounded OR 91.3 CTP when 82.5 IS rounded. In either case both would round to 91.
