 Silithon NPCs

Post Silithon NPCs
how many silithon missions do i have to complete to be able to find the queens and hives? is it just the first one, or do i also have to complete the vorigar planet missions? or do i have to take it a step further and finish a round of controlling the silithon?

They start spawning when you finished the third Vorigar planet mission. So no need to complete the third mission in the chain (the repeatable one) at all.
