 Missions that can be repeated at any time.

Post Missions that can be repeated at any time.
Does anyone know if missions that can be repeated at any time such as XTS-9 Refinement and Thetacron Yield Test, count for a completed mission if you complete them once?

They do not. You get no completions for doing them.

Actually, I believe they do count towards your ship stats. However they do NOT count towards the tier awards. For something to count for the tiers, it must be ENDED, not completed. Included in this are missions that end a thread and missions that unlock another mission.
