i have a refining lab, and it says size: 1 mining:1 and research:1. does that mean it increases planet size, and brings (for example) mining and or research from rich to very rich?

It takes one space on your planet and produces 1 mineral and 1 research x bonuses per hour.

f an artifact planet structure is demolished does it go bacjk into your artifacts? i doubt this but just curious
