The planet scan window now displays an approximate success rating instead of a numerical value.

Critical Successful Hacks will now inform the hacked player about the planet that was discovered. (Note that Critically Failed Hacks remain the same)

Shield Amplifier now lasts 4 hours, down from a day. It was originally 24hrs before the shield charge changes went into effect, and thus its length has been reduced.

The positron clouder now applies a 50% cloaking debuff, rather than near 100%.

Critical hacks will no longer indicate the exact planet name when messaging the hacked player.

When sending a comm message to another legion, a copy of the message will be posted in your own legion comm.

The Prejoran Power Diffuser now counts as a special module, and up to 4 can be created in addition to standard dampeners.
