I'm not sure that the statement in Vygoid for the Research capacity being 50% higher is accurate. I just used a Glaviz Device and my capacity didn't increase at all. I didn't want to make changes just yet, because I am about to Rank and will check after to see if it is a retroactive thing.

I've changed 'NPC Races' to 'NPC Races/Factions' as those are more of factions than actual races. I've also corrected the faction titles and made redirect pages for them. Dataminer1 05:33, 22 September 2010 (UTC)
