Increases a planet's production, increase depends on choice made (see below). Can be used once per planet.
Available from: The mission A Distant Detonation.
Artifact Type: Planet transformer
Set Duration: Temporary OR Permanent (see Artifact Effects)
Cost in Energy to Use: 500
Artifact Effects: Applies a bonus of your choice to the targeted planet.
Choice:
1. provide a 35% bonus to planet research for 1 week; 2. provide a 4% bonus to planet research permanently; OR 3. provide a 1% bonus to all planet production permanently
Artifact Limit: 1 per planet
Number Available: 10
