A Combat Action against another player.
- Cost :5 energy
- Cool Down on Success: 15:00
- Cool Down on Failure: 5:00
- Not available against NPCs.
- Ability to hack is based on Cloak.
- Success is based off of Cloak and Scan.
- Defense is based off of Cloak and Scan.
- Does not require enemy ship to be disabled.
Allows the theft of research and on rare occasions planet locations. A high cloak ability allows you to counter-hack enemies when they fail to hack you, while a high scan rating will prevent an opponent from hacking you outright.
