Exposes the planet to the Essence of the Arbilon, boosting all production permanently by 4%. This essence can be infused with more corruption.

Note: This essence can be corrupted raising the bonus by 1% up to a max of 7%. Costs 2 Corruption and 500 energy for each upgrade. The first upgrade can be done immediately, with a 40 hour cooldown for subsequent upgrades. "The Essence has been infused."
