Player Abilities

A Player or Ship Ability is a new concept in Galaxy Legion.

Abilities are gained automatically by choosing a certain race, or through the use of special artifacts which bestow the ability.

Abilities are usually accessed through an abilities button on the ship's tab or the planets tab, or enemies tab though in the future abilities may be accessed on the other tabs as well.

Using an ability has an immediate affect and no cost, however all abilities all have a cool-down period (shared cooldown) before they can be used again. You do NOT have to wait before you use the Ability the FIRST time, the cool down is only active AFTER usage, and once it is expired you can use the ability any time. The Mylari Artifact is effectively a one time usage ability with no cool down period.

Note: Although each ability may have a different cooldown, they do share a global timer.
