Universal Service Terminal
The Universal Service Terminal is a special structure built upon Legion Bases that provides the Legion with special ship Bonuses. It provides an array of buffs to any player ship that has the Universal Maintenance research completed. These buffs cost various Complex Tech Parts to activate, dependent upon which buff.
