We all know selling minerals makes money and finding artifacts helps us in numerous ways. Some like to perform a process of stealing points using crew (known as raiding) to gain money or artifacts. To raid, you must first make sure the target is disabled. It is helpful have a large crew to increase your raiding chances and lower the chance of one of your crew dying.
