Randomly drops from the use of certain Evolution Abilities, ie, Mylarai - Enrichment Instinct.

Usage

Upgrades an Mineral Storage Tower structure on your planet, adding +200 Cloak and +300 Mining storage.

Adds the following stats:

• Mining Storage: +300
• Cloak: +200

Notes

• When successfully used, the message states "A Mineral Storage Tower has been upgraded to a Mineral Storage Silo-Tower."
