Unsure of the name, thought of it about 17 seconds ago.

Repair Bot

Improves the condition of one random installed module by 10%

Requires:

20 Ship Bots, 10 Repair Nanodrones, 10 Nanite Swarm Capsules

Feel free to tweak or knock down or whatever. Module must be installed at the time so if people fall behind with repairing modules in this way then they will have to pay full repair costs. Nothing vital to the game and this new eating up of repair nanodrones might not be considered great but if you feel there's another artifact which makes more sense then feel free to say so. On the one hand, the ship-bot number might want to be lowered for lower ranking players who can't amount anything above 2 or 3 at a time without needing to use them. On the other, high ranks are going to have these up the backside and aren't going to want to lose too many repair nanodrones.

10 nanos are worth about 2b
10% of a repair of a heavy quasi is about the same amount.
Anything else is a waste.
And that's not counting the bots, nanite swarms, or the res to unlock it.

Even if the numbers did work I don't think its even worth the cost to unlock it.
Repairing modules isn't a huge deal.

It should just be a full repair of all modules rather than a 10% increase. Just saying.

Perhaps up the repair rate to 20%? Repairing modules might not be something huge, but it's a use for spare ship bots.

Gonna have to give it a -1.

As much as i would like a use for Ship Bots, and a repeatable use at that, it has to be something that is of use for everyone.

I have had ship modules get to where it would require me to repair it, to re-install it. I imagine that a great great many have also had that occasion too, but never to the extent that i would need to use this artifact more than a few times ever.

This artifact would really only be of great use to SSB's, who swap out ship modules many times a day.

I think CTlab arti's should be something that would have unlimited usefulness, and once your done with the missions that break ship modules, this CTlab design would have no further use for the majority of GL players.

Fair points on all counts; I suppose it wouldn't really be that useful. The point of needing the module to be installed is to encourage on-going use, though I suppose after a while module repair costs are negligible.
