I think a nice addition to the Hybrid Cluster would be a symbol, which could appear to the right of the Lock symbol, and indicates who have the swarm effect on them. This could prove fairly useful for coordination against the Hybrid Cluster.

I'm going to give this a +.5 as I like the idea of useful alerts, notices, etc. But having the indicator I think defeats part of the purpose (as I see it) of the system. I believe this NPC was designed with the intent of greater intralegion cooperation and part of that is communication. We had one of our guys talk in the legion comm more during his time getting a lock on our first cluster than probably the previous week. I really like that aspect of this NPC.

Yeah, that's a good point. Part of why I was thinking about it, though, is because you might be disabling it while someone is offline, or even away for a minute, and then they're stuck with the debuff until it runs out.

You could always just check out their ships.from the legion page.

That would get annoying pretty quickly.
