NPC passing damage cap

 I heard you could do this with 15x attack of the NPCs defense.
I had 27x NPCs defense in attack buffed and I can't surpase the cap?Did I disprove this theory? Also how do you get the biggest ratios while NPCing?I kept getting 2:1s |
