Sorry guys, this planet has 10 storage structures on it. If i extracted them I could sell them for min 600ctp each, but the going rate is closer to 700-750 right now - hence buyout bid.

I'm looking for bids closer to 4500+ ctp if you want this planet - which is the lowest I'd net if i took and fluxed and slowly extracted them (only have 5 extractors atm).

I'll extend the auction 1 day from this post, but if the bids remain under that mark then I'll remove the planet from auction.

lol then i suggest structure your sale as a two tier bid - one price for alerting no matter what second, price for actually taking it.

no one pays as much for a chance as a certain thing, is the thing,

what prices should be is your call of course.

Next time I'll have to do something like that. As it is, I spent some time npcing today for extractors and will take it tomorrow. I've got 88% on it, so I figured anyone else coming over would have something similar, but you're right that I should have done the two tiered system.
