Oh an because someone is gonna call me a bully or something stupid let me outline the rules I set for myself ATM in this war.
1: I only attack those that attack me (includes raids/hacks), and those who come up on alerts.
2: Because I only attack those people, IDC or find it bullying to beat the crap out of that person. For most ill only disable once, but if your a repeat offender I may do more. And no im not going to say "Legion alert" on your comms thats a waste of energy.
3: If its a planet, you dont need a high rank to properly defend one of these so bullying stuff is out of the question.
