NEW PLANETS

Kurenite Planet
- A massive ball of Kurenite
- Megarich Mining

Krionite Planet
- A Massive Planet of Krionite
- Megarich Research

Derelict World
- A Massive planet full of relics
- Megarich Artifact

Omicron Planet
- Free to colonise
- 10000 Passive Cloak
- Explodes when attacked thus destroying the planet (purged from db)
- Megarich everything
- Take advantage of it while you scanned it

Ghost Planet - Rare
- A type of Terra
- Once inhabited by civilisation that are now dead
- This has been suggested lots, but i though "Ghost Planet" would be a good name.

Superdense Planet - Rare
- Re-mentioning this cuase i think its good (from XXxEccoxXx)
- Large or Smaller
- Megarich Mining+
- No Artifact, Abundant Research

Nemesis Planet - Mythical
- A type of Dyson world
- Special Structures can be built on this planet unlimited.
- Can only be fluxed once every 3 months
- 24x Megarich +
- Always Colossal

Carbon Planet - Common
- Rich+ Mining
- Size Varies
- Can be transformed to a Terron planet via a octafari hydroshifter

Terron Planet - Uncommon
- Mantle and Crust is mostly made of Carbon
- Extremely Rich + Mining
- Usually Average+

Cyclonic Planet - Uncommon
- A type of Gas planet
- Its atmosphere is one massive solar storm
- Abundant+ Research only
- Always Very Massive

Lattice Planet - Uncommon
- Has a odd Structural Atmosphere Restricting local Ship and object movement
- Crimson Cluster missiles, Quantum Biovaporisers Can't be used on this planets
- Cannot be Guarded.
- Very Large +
- Very Abundant + All

Chron Planet - Extremely Rare
- A very unusual Tranparent planet, making it difficult to find details of planet.
- Structures, Population, Planet Defence, Attack, Artifact Effects, Resources Cannot be seen unless you colonised/invaded it
- Passive 800 Cloak
- Very Abundant + Resources

Kalvium Planet . Rare
- Immune to Artifacts
- Ultrarich Mining

- Invasion Timer is shortened to 1 hour on these planets. Seperate Timer from the standard 24 hour timer
- Artifacts and Trap Effects Last 3 times as long
- Traps last twice as long (eg- 1 Week to 2 Weeks )

Meridian Planet . Mythical
- A Type of Dyson
- Always Mega Collosal
- Takes up 3 planet slots
- 90x Megarich All
- Cloaking Structures can't be built on this world.
- Automatically Fluxed at NYE
- Can't be fluxed conventionally
- You can only have one Meridian Planet at a time.

Requiem Planet - Extremely Rare
- A type of Exotic World
- Dull, Dark Green Coloured
- Large+

Twilight Planet - Rare
- A Old Dying World
- Dark Blue
- Megarich Artifact and Research
- Large or smaller

Obisidian Planet - Uncommon
- Type of Volcanic
- Partially Crystal Red
- Extremely Rich + Mining

Turanic Planet - Rare
- A Type of Desert

Cybernetic Planet - Rare
- A NPC Planet
- Matched Passive Attack, Defence and Population
- Once conquered
- Can't be Alerted
- Immune to Engineered Virus
- Invasion Timer for this planet is one hour. This invasion timer is seperate from the standard 24 hour invasion timer.

I like the Omicron planet idea. As for the golden planet it should be a terraforming of a metallic. Say a mission that gives you a special artifact that converts metallics to golden planets. Needs a better name though "metalliferous" or "ingot" planet

I posted this a while back, but figured this would be a good place to mention it again.

Obsidian Worlds, an upgrade for Volcanics.

Artifact: Tectonic Stabilizer

Now at the time I didn't really have a handle on what typical volcanic resources were like, never bothered to take a real close look. When I did, I tossed up a few different options. For simplicity's sake, I'm going to stick with the following.

Size: +1
Mining: +4
Art/Research: No change
Passive defense and cloak: 500 value each

I like this idea. The artifact makes sense with the outcome of the planet change. The numbers are close but might need a little tweaking.

i like the obsidian world idea it could be the new pawlacite thaw...maybe call the mission chain The attempt at zero kalvin.

Briefing
In attemting to create a new reactor cooling system which cools particles to a millionth of a degree above absolute zero your ship experienced a dangerous energy spike that caused you to jetison the materials toward the nearest planet. The planet was a volcanic planet and now is partially transformed. The (race) government is issued further research of the phenomenon.

Requirements Whatever you want them to be fill in your own
Risk Damagage to any energy related material active

I Saw this on the universe[ a tv show on history channel], there are dead stars in real life that still send out o bunch of heat. The show said how in the furure we could build a ring around on of those and have a city that orbits the planet. So then if we had them on the game it would be a super high research and average mining planet. But very little artifact. I would call it a hot ash star. And i did base the new planet idea off of a real life thing, that cool huh.

You guys could make a better name for it.

swarm planet - looks like a planet but if you approach, it is actually made of trillions and trillions of insects which then flies off in every direction.

pudding planet - made of pudding and taste good.

mud planet - looks like pudding planet but is actually made of mud, so beware.

Styrofoam planet - made of Styrofoam of course.

milky planet - just like oceanic planet but has milk instead of seawater. It goes stale in few days.

plastic bubble planet - made of stuff that is used for wrapping fragile materials. more fun than Styrofoam planet.

gum planet - just like used chewing gum. Not fun to walk around in at all.

Its called a Dyson. They're the rarest planet type, and can go up to 48x Megarich on all rescources.

Its called a Dyson. They're the rarest planet type, and can go up to 48x Megarich on all rescources.

Sounds more like a ringworld. Dyson spheres surround a stellar body completely; think of a ringworld as a thin rotatin' slice of a Dyson. Less engineering, fewer resources, so not as dramatic a creation/discovery.

I'm all fer addin' them into the game. 8-)

gold planet .... either the name or the mission to make it solid gold should include "Midas" such as "the midas touch" the man whom everything he touched turn to gold ...... midas planet or midas infuser ..... something like that

Spacial anomaly - build outposts to exploit. Always a mega rich can be rich in any field.

The colonizer gets 30-39 build slots on the largest rock orbiting but it's shared with legion all of which can build one building on it (doesn't take from the main 39) for a weapon, defense, cloak or a resource only counts as a planet for the colonizer.

I was thinking NPC controlled Planets, you would have to fight the NPC to get it and you get a special artifact to keep on the planet, depending on the NPC even passive bonuses. Although this is not a new planet type it is an idea related to it.

lost planet - a planet long forgotten by a race long dead megarich research, be part of a mission to earn rare artifacts

Cyber planet - ruled by hostile security mechs who fight for the owner of the planet and give a permanant + 30% defence to planet

Nucleur planet - dense radioactive planet full of rich mining, part of mission to if possible to earn new ship weapon

Since there is something to inprove, Oceanic,Toxic,and Desert.
Shouldnt there be something over Volcanic, i like the idea of the Plates.

Artifact - Volcanic Plate Melder = Melds the tectonic plates of a planet together making a volcanic planet turn into a Earth Planet (Passive Defense by about 1000)

or

Artifact - Planet Cooling Wave Generator = Cools a planets lava/magma and makes it harder creating a solid outer layer, creating a Earth Planet

Earth Planets would manely be rich in mining and artifacts.
It should just increase Size by 1-2
Mineral +2-3
Artifact +2-3
i mean may be a 50 50 ratio for which one increases by 2 or 3.
Plus you cant find this planet without using it on a volcanic, but there is something ive noticed, he only makes these artifacts for Uncommon Planets. Just throwing this idea out there
