No. They are fine as is. Bases can get up to stupid Defense right now so that +5% is amazing. |

Yeah it just ended up like several other things: Uldri Wave Ejector - says 2-4% attack - gives 3% every time Clandestine Plot - Says 7-15% cloak for 4-8 hours - You get 1 of three possible ones: 7% always at 8 hours OR 10% cloak for 6 hours, or 15% cloak for 4 hours. You used to be able to get 15% for 8 hours, but no more. Never will you see 8%, 9%, 11%, 12%, 13%, or 14% or any 5 or 7 hour durations. Thoe two are what immediately came to mind although I am sure there are others. |

To be fair, I don't think Dan has variable effects implemented within the game, so he'd have to create an individual effect for each outcome and that's just hassle. So he's made just a few to sort of fit that criteria, but not exactly. |

+1 - even if it was like the UST and had a schedule would be better, though having a random change every week or month or whatever would be best and true to design. |

The whole design itself was flawed to begin with. It should be set up like one of the buffs that mimic a timer and reset itself, but with a truly randomly dealt buff to each player. That should probably do the trick. But like others say, it's not exactly a core issue either. There's bigger issues in the game about, I think it's all agreed that a few gimmicky effects are less important than other issues. Maybe it is random, but it just randomly never changed because RNG is a horrible troll? Maybe... maybe... +1, but not the most glaring issue either. |
