Mission Chain : ( Unlock at Rank 85 )

The Conquering Of The Robots :

The Higerule are a dead end of crime , though the Creator of this Mass Attack Robot , But it all went wrong...They were made in 3's , meaning to shoot down those commiting heavy fire from multiple people at one ship , defeat all known bandits , But they became what they were meaning to stop...While many more have been made , they suffer the same fate...[Current Race] ! Defeat these 3 Higerule , retrieve the " Power Chains " they stole and return them to us!

Rewards : 3 Higerule Modern Recode Fighters ( Drop Power Chains , Stats at bottom of page )

Energy needed : 35x50 then x3 the answer to that .

The Power :

We've found out a small bit of they're history , we also have a to hack into a database to gain it's entire history . It seem's they have been hit with a force powerful enough to take control of them , find out more! This could pay off greatly!

( You Keep Trying to Hack the Databank )

Energy needed : 50x10 = 500 x 10 = 5000 Energy

Rewards : None
Risks : Counter Hack ( Mission Fail )

The Database :

The Database show's that they come from a Hinton Orex Gentis Martom , They basicly can be recoded by anyone , if hack them from the inside , recode them and set up a firewall , they can be used for good , and maybe bring back the long gone race : Hinox .

Energy needed : 75 x 100 = ( Answer ) x 5 =

The Hinox Combat : The Hinox think we're an advanced version of Higerule , prove to them we're not , tell them we've revived them.

Energy needed : 100 x 100 = ( Answer ) x 10 = ( Answer )

The truce :

I the Hinox leader , hereby say , that your ship is truced with mine , come claim the pact .

500x5=2500

Rewards : Hinox Truce Pact ( Unlocks the Hinox race )


The Hinox race can choose the following Professions :

Saboteur
Hacker
Governor
Excavator
Explorer
Biologist

It's can decrease the defence and attack for one enemy by 15% and Steal it to use for there own use . Cost's no energy to use , 3 Hours Cooldown

Gentarr : 50%- attack for NPC , Hinox happens to have 10%- to attack and defence to anyone , and boosted it's own attack and defence by +10% , but still , what do you think ? it still sounds like a weakened version of an already existing idea. not to mention we already have the ability to spam debuffs on players. we dont need another ability that can weaken player ships.

And the boost isn't permanent?

Underpowered, though kudos for not being overpowered. There are a few members who are like;

Could be interesting if the -10% you took from their ship was added to your ship, rather than simply boosting your own stats by that amount. I would make it 15% personally.

It would be the race you play to gain an equaliser against people vastly stronger than you.

It would be paticularly interesting seing the gameplay effects - trolling the bt looking for the strongest target you can to steal their power to help with an npc run.

I would make it that if you are disabled you lose the bonus.

See now it seems OP'ed. I would just ask a friend from another legion if they could buff up for me, defriend them, then use this ability to get my attack and defense bonus before like every base or planet invade. I'm talking against guys with 100K+ attack and defense. That is a very large amount extra.

yah, i see your point. 10k attack and defence bonus in a single situation doesnt seem like much to me, but adding on to a level 300's ship it gets a bit more extreme. What if it instead only functioned vs the person who you stole it from?

It would make it a pvp only option, but i was kind of imagining it helping to counter xecti
