Comes with a cool down ability . Do to its advance sensors Its able to scan for enemy NPC bases once per day. can only have 1 npc base up at a time. The bases cant be shared but can be seen by all legion members.
NPC bases will included most NPC factions and be very strong. I think they should be rank 1k - rank 2k NPC caps but have 8-50 million hull. high attacks and strong defenses as well as ablitys.
Rank 5 base or grater can have the mod installed. at rank 5 you see the weaker NPC bases but as you base ranks you see stronger bases you still see the weaker ones but you unlock uncommon an rank 6 , rare at rank 7 and extrealy rare at rank8 i think EXR should spawn once every 10-20 bases.
I dont think badges should be rewared but a ship mod or a way to increase a ship mod like the kethlor guy. So if you kill a Dark base then you can increase a dark thruster by 10% up to 200% with the drop. that kinda drop. But to make it worth it we should have raids a % based on damage done. the base raids should be things that are well worth it. like on a dark base Cache's as a 10% drop.
As for the base combat its self I think we can have fun with it like the fallowing,

Ablitys a 20% atk/def boost and a 30% atk defuff to you needed a cage. a -10% atk/def trap that needs a null and a mine like a kur mine but 3%.
This kinda thing would be a pain for almost every legion. Yes at NPC caps its not to hard but 200k 30mill is alot of nrg to have at one legion . so have the fallowing.
Sub parts How ever when killing a sub part you gain a crate that has a small item in it. nothing to good but im thinking tech parts of a NPC group like (dark tech parts ) colect 100 to assemble a powerful ship mods or base more , upgrade idk.

with each gun that it disabled the bases atk drops by 15k

same drop thing as guns
When its destroyed the bases def drops by 15,000
All sub parts will be full repairs in 1 hour after being destroyed .
We have knew mega strong NPC with all kinds of effects why not npc bases up to 2 a day with sub parts and stuff.
with sub parts it will be a bit more real, kill the def and the guns then at the base,
the item should be standerd space! there a lot of special space yet at rank 8 I dont think you have a full base yet. I think there is still 2 space unsused.
