this is a reward for the whole legion

to get this the hole legion must ramian active for a week(or month ??)

once this is acomplished you will all recieave special random artifact
e.g. 2 energy cube in stead of 1 or planetary artifacts , legion raid artifacts (that you could only normally get by disabling base) and if your extreamly lucky ct lab arty

also you may have to chance to get a lerge amount of artifacts points
resarch
minerals
or all


and idea to improve this?

if this happens either say BB to planet trades , or people dont even bother to get the reward
