I know it's probably too late now, but when I looked at the teaser pictures, notably the ones for ship images, It seems as though the aren't really themed on anything, and I though it'd be good to have them themed on the race original ships, so it don't take a leap of the imagination to see how one ship design and another relate - For example with the Zolazin ships, have the race default then images from the Zolazin NPCs, as they all have the same 'look' to them, while still being different - I know it's probably to late now, but that's my 2 cents. |

I like the idea, basically lets you see that the ship is still in the same race. +1 But of course, for realism, there's no reason a race of aliens would build ships based on a central template, rather than just randomizing the looks of them. (^That I can think of, but what do i know, i dont know any aliens) But like you said, probably to late now. |

All Arlean ships should be sleek for speed. Zolazin ships should be black. Lazuli ships should be solid, same as Sillix ships should look big. |

Kronyn should look like a research vessel. Communications arrays, visible scanners, etc. |
