You yourself are in your 1k's rank tree? if i remember correctly lol so maybe 4k for what you use daily is nothing but like i said this is mainly for the little people who are struggling, I myself am not forced to do it but like i said the artifact is great so why would you want to wait or completely miss out on it, As for a daily that takes 10k energy, I have to say your either being sarcastic or a a$*? 10k e a day is out of the question 120e p/h is max and im sure you cant get energy quicker than any1 else at that rate? regardless im not looking for any1's opinion or trolling Im simply stating what many people are saying to me etc.
Personally the 20h wait is boring lol, but to me it brings a sense of achievement, and eagerness of waiting for it to be over so you can do it again, and is a great way of keeping the higher levels interested in the game who would of normally quit, as there's nothing left but repetitive pvp and npc, so It's a great concept the time but for the lower players the main bit im pointing at is the amount of energy it requires!
To answer your first question, The Klorvis Aftermath daily becomes available upon rank 400. It costs 4k per day to do if you choose to do it. My guess is this chain will be minimum 400 however, with the amount of artifacts needed, I would imagine higher.
Remember, at low levels, you have tons of options;
pvp that is fun, npcing with lots of npc options, leveling your base, doing bases that aren't always grinds, many, MANY missions, etc. Not every mission alert is for you. When I was your level, I had to decide, was the weekly worth doing right away, was it worth completing in the week or should I do it a couple of times and wait for it to come out? At my level, there is very little.
