I actually at one point stocked up on some Thetas so that if I was attacked I could spam those instead of KVTs. I got 3 kills out of it.

but whats the point of them... unless your online, they might be a lil extra surprise if you spam like 10 of them. but the energy to get them could go to a much better place |

its still a bas use of energy in my books.. for 5 thetas, i could temp flux a planet.. and thats much more satisfying then the occasional kill that probably isnt going to happen at higher ranks.. i dont attack when my hulls being damaged, thats what shield amps and restorers are for. |

They can be used as a bluff - I have 4 traps up, so dont hit me its a halcy! But this relies on people actually using trap probes. I dont bother either, but i have to admit that i have completed the mission 4-5 times in total. |
