Actually there's a mission that gives some as a reward ... Don't know at which lvl it unlocks ... |

is it like the star chart purger mission that does not end? or can you keep getting them when you need them? |

It's the one after the Aeon Moon, which requires 1000 scan. You get 3. Fluxes are priceless now. |
